HAGERSTOWN, MD, September 1, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. (ABH) today announced the opening of a new outpatient office in Hagerstown, extending its mental health services into Washington County for the first time. The location began seeing patients today, September 1, 2026.
The new office reflects ABH’s continued commitment to meeting Maryland clients where they are. With this expansion, the organization now serves individuals, youth, and families across six counties, offering Washington County residents the same standard of clinical care available at ABH’s other locations.
“Serving families and supporting communities one individual at a time is what we do best,” said Vera Kurdian, CEO, ABH. “This expansion allows us to build a collaborative partnership in Washington County, where families can expect high-quality and timely mental health and psychiatric services. This expansion also provides job opportunities for mental health professionals, from an organization as committed to its employees as it is to its patients.”
The office is located at 265 Mill Street, Suite 800, Hagerstown, MD 21740. Patients and referring providers can reach the office at 301.345.1022. The new location offers:
– Onsite and offsite individual and family therapy
– School-based therapy
– Telehealth counseling
– Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
ABH also plans to bring its Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) to the Hagerstown office once Maryland’s PRP moratorium lifts, expected in 2027: further building out the continuum of care available to Washington County residents.
