Aaron Bove, senior managing director, investments in Marcus & Millichap’s San Diego Del Mar office, called the sale “a crucial step towards meeting the pressing need for quality housing” in the area.
Bove represented the seller, Impact Real Estate, LLC. The buyer, Gabriel Mauser, was procured by Simon Oliveri.
Plans and permits for the property, 6353 Broadway, allow for the addition of 11 accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
