Home sales in San Diego County rise for second month in a row
San Diego County saw an uptick in home sales last month, according to the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors.
SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- San Diego County saw an uptick in home sales last month, according to the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors.
The report, which comes after home sales jumped in February, said the sales of single-family home sales were more than 13% higher than February. Condominiums and townhomes rose more than 5%.
When it came to the cost of homes in March, the median price of single-family homes were up 3% at $1,050,000, while condos and townhomes were up more than 5% at $670,000, according to the realtors association.

The most expensive single-family home sold in March in San Diego County was a five-bedroom, five-bath home across from Coronado Beach on Ocean Blvd.
Meanwhile, year-over-year, sales of single-family homes were down 11% and 7% for condos and townhomes, per the report. The median price of homes rose 8%.
