UC San Diego Women’s Big West Basketball Schedule Announced

The Big West and UC San Diego announced its 2024-25 women’s basketball conference schedule, beginning on December 5. 

With UC San Diego having completed its mandatory four-year Division I reclassification period, all teams are now fully eligible for all Big West and NCAA postseason competition.

The Tritons open conference play at home on December 5 against UC Santa Barbara, and they wrap up their home schedule by celebrating its seniors on March 8 against UC Davis. Other home contests include January 18 vs. UC Riverside, and February 20 against Cal Poly.

UC San Diego’s first road clash will be at Cal State Bakersfield on December 7, and the Tritons road schedule concludes on March 6 with a trip to play Long Beach State. The Tritons will also travel to Hawai’i on January 30, and pay a visit to UC Irvine on February 8 in other road matchups.

The top eight teams in the conference at the end of the regular season will compete for the Big West Championship March 12-15 at Lee’s Family Forum in Henderson Nevada. The 2024-25 UC San Diego women’s basketball non-conference schedule will be announced soon.
