LOS ANGELES, CA, August 28, 2026 /24-7PressRelease/ — Author Ali Zokaee is building and expanding his presence in bookstores across the Greater Toronto Area through an extensive series of book signing events at Indigo locations, with 39 appearances confirmed from April through October 2026 and additional events expected before the end of the
year.
The tour has already generated notable reader interest. Across the first 16 signing events for which Zokaee reported sales results, stores sold an average of more than 85 percent of the copies ordered for each event, with Seven appearances reaching 100 percent sell-through.
One of the tour’s strongest results came during Zokaee’s July 25 appearance at Indigo Yonge & Eglinton in Toronto, where every available copy of Useful Quotes: True, Practical But Not Pleasing sold out in less than four and a half hours.
The success of the appearances has encouraged Ali to continue returning to Indigo stores throughout 2026, including locations where he is introducing his second book, The History Of Music And Cinema: Evaluation Part 1, as well as events featuring both titles.
For Zokaee, the tour has become more than a series of signing events. Each appearance gives him an opportunity to meet readers personally, introduce his work to new communities, and steadily grow the audience surrounding his books.
