SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) -- For those heading out on the roads, there are several closures throughout the county due to flooding.

Saturday morning, the National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning for parts of region while an atmospheric river dumped heavy rainfall across the county. That warning has since lifted, however, road conditions remain wet.

The National Weather Service issued a Flood Warning for the San Diego River at Fashion Valley from 11 p.m. Saturday until 8 p.m. Sunday.

As of 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Fashion Valley Road is closed due to flooding from the San Diego River, NWS reports.

In Little Italy, a portion of 1st Ave is closed from Nutmeg to Maple Street after a section of the road collapsed, the City of San Diego posted on X.

Here's a list of road closures, according to the County of San Diego Department of Public Works:

-- NOW OPEN: (Rainbow) Huffstatler Street is closed from Second Street to Fifth Street

Additionally, the following roads have been closed or are not passable due to flooding, according to the City of San Diego:

-- 8600 block of Aero Drive

-- San Diego Mission Road

-- Mercy Road at Black Mountain Road

-- Orchard Road at Catalina Boulevard

-- Abbot Street at Santa Monica Avenue

-- 1900 block of Abbott Street

-- 5300 block of Gaines Street

-- Linda Vista Road at Napa Street

-- 1600 block of Garnet Drive

-- 4300 block of Mission Boulevard

-- Carmel Mountain Road at Sorrento Valley Road

-- Avenida Del Rio

-- Laurel Street at Pacific Highway

-- 14th at Imperial Avenue

-- 2000 block of Monument Road

-- 4400 block of Utah Street

-- Midway at Rosecrans

Widespread rainfall is expected to continue across the region into Sunday, according to the National Weather Service.

These road closures are subject to change as weather conditions develop or subside.
